At Caibatec, we provide professional consulting, software development, AI implementation, and digital technology services. Because every engagement involves planning, strategy, design, and development, refunds are governed by the terms below.

Project Deposits

To begin any project, a deposit is required.

This deposit secures project scheduling, discovery, planning, and resource allocation.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be issued, less any administrative or payment processing fees incurred.

After Work Begins

Once project work has started—including discovery sessions, planning, design, research, development, or consulting—payments made are non-refundable due to the professional time and resources invested.

Project Milestones

For larger projects, payments may be divided into agreed milestones.

Each milestone payment covers completed work and is non-refundable once that phase has been delivered.

Client Delays

Projects delayed by the client for more than 30 days may be placed on hold.

Projects inactive for more than 90 days may require a restart fee before work resumes.

Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects at any time by providing written notice.

Any completed work up to the cancellation date remains billable.

Outstanding balances for completed work remain payable.

Change Requests

Changes outside the agreed project scope may require:

All changes will be discussed and approved before implementation.

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Caibatec shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
